Job summary

Redeemertechnologies is seeking a motivated Frontend Developer with 2–4 years of experience (or fresh graduates) to build clean, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers and product stakeholders to create secure, responsive interfaces.

The role requires strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, with experience in React.js or Next.js and translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI. Hybrid work arrangement in India is available.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in frontend technologies and a keen eye for detail, usability, and performance.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to develop and maintain modern web interfaces that are secure, responsive, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web application interfaces
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable frontend components
• Implement role-based UI flows and access-controlled screens
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs
• Handle form validations, state management, and user interactions
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Work on dashboards, data tables, filters, and reports

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries (React.js/Next.js preferred)
• Ability to create and translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI
• Understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API integration
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Good understanding of UI components, forms, and validations
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code

Good to Have

• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar CSS framework
• Basic understanding of authentication and role-based UI handling
