Job summary

Bespoke Technologies in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our product engineering team. You will build scalable web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, delivering high-quality user experiences across devices.

You will implement UI components, integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs, and collaborate on architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices in an Agile environment. Knowledge of Vite/Webpack and modern tooling is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend/web application development experience.
• Proficient in ReactJS and modern frontend practices.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience consuming RESTful Web APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest/RTL/Cypress).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux or similar).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with TypeScript and build tools (Vite/webpack).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web APIs, along with a passion for creating seamless user experiences and writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using RESTful Web APIs.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues across development and production environments.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend/web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development practices.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming, promises, closures, and modern language features.
• Strong understanding of HTML5 and semantic markup.
• Strong knowledge of CSS3, responsive design, layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful Web APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.
• Experience with browser developer tools, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development workflows.
• Strong understanding of web application security, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployment.
• Understanding of frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
