Job summary

Pasban - The Gatekeeper invites a Front Office Executive to join our 29-room boutique hotel in the Himalayan foothills. You will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, billing and night audit, acting as the welcoming face for guests with warmth and curiosity.

We seek 1–3 years front desk experience, hands-on PMS skills (IDS/Opera/eZee/DJUBO), fluent English and Hindi, and a Diploma or degree in Hotel Management. Rotational shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years at the front desk of a hotel or resort (boutique or heritage experience is a plus).
• Hands-on with a hotel PMS (IDS, Opera, eZee, DJUBO or similar).
• Fluent, confident English and Hindi.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own check-ins, check-outs and the guest ledger on your shift.
• Handle reservations across the PMS, OTAs and direct bookings, with billing and night audit.
• Be the first and last face guests see: warm, attentive and curious about people.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B so arrivals are ready and requests closed.
• Stay calm and in control through late arrivals, overbookings and complaints.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.

What you'll do

• Own check-ins, check-outs and the guest ledger on your shift
