Job summary

Pasban - The Gatekeeper in India’s Himalayan hills seeks an F&B Senior Associate for our heritage property in Nainital. You’ll lead service on your shift across the restaurant, in-room dining and events.

You should have 2–4 years in F&B service at a hotel, resort or fine-dining setting, strong menu and beverage knowledge, and fluency in English and Hindi. Diploma or degree in Hotel Management is preferred.

• Strong menu and beverage knowledge; experience on a POS system.
• Fluent English and Hindi; warm, confident guest interaction.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service on your shift across the restaurant, in-room dining and events.
• Take orders, recommend dishes and drinks, and know the menu inside out.
• Guide and support junior associates and stewards on the floor.
• Own mise-en-place, POS billing and opening and closing duties.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues on the spot.

We're hiring an F&B Senior Associate for a heritage hotel we manage in one of India's classic Himalayan hill towns. Built in the 1870s and looked after by the same family for over ninety years, the house has 31 rooms and suites, many with lake views, an old wing full of character, and guests who return year after year for its slow, old-world pace.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.

What you'll do

• Lead service on your shift across the restaurant, in-room dining and events
