Job summary

Pasban - The Gatekeeper in a classic Himalayan hill town invites a Room Attendant to join a heritage hotel with 31 rooms and lake views.

You will clean rooms and bathrooms to standards, provide turndown service, replenish linens, report maintenance issues, and respond to guest requests.

Full-time on-site role; 1+ year housekeeping experience preferred, freshers with hotel management training considered; basic English and Hindi required; physically fit.

• Good eye for detail and pride in a perfectly made room
• Polite, discreet manner with guests; basic English and Hindi
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet through the shift

We're hiring a Room Attendant for a heritage hotel we manage in one of India's classic Himalayan hill towns. Built in the 1870s and looked after by the same family for over ninety years, the house has 31 rooms and suites, many with lake views, an old wing full of character, and guests who return year after year for its slow, old-world pace.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.

What you'll do

• Clean, service and set up guest rooms and bathrooms to the property's standards

Who we're looking for
