Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A with a focus on Record To Report (R2R) to lead a high-performing accounting team in India. You will drive accuracy in financial records, oversee journal entries, and manage month-end and year-end closures to deliver reliable financial reporting.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance reporting processes, mentor staff, and promote continuous improvement while upholding governance and compliance across legal entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance; master’s preferred.
• CFA or FRM certification is desirable.
• Ability to oversee journal entries and month-end close processes.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve financial reporting and efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting accuracy and continuous improvement.
