Genpact is hiring for a Front Line Manager in F&A with a focus on R2R. The role requires leading stakeholders, ensuring timely month-end close and reporting, and driving controls and audits across processes. Strong ERP knowledge and financial acumen are essential.

The position is hybrid in India, offering exposure to global clients and cutting-edge AI-enabled finance transformations. You will mentor teams, manage relationships, and help optimize end-to-end financial cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance.
• CFA or FRM certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of R2R processes and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth month-end close and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and timely review of controls.
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence.
