Job summary

Genpact Ltd in India is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A - R2R to ensure accuracy of financial records, oversee journal entries, and manage month-end and year-end closings.

You will generate and review financial statements, supervise Oracle Asset Management, and mentor the accounting team to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in accounting/commerce/economics/finance or a master’s in finance.
• CFA certification and FRM certification are listed as certifications in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
