Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader for F&A - R2R in India, night shift, hybrid work model. You will manage close cycles, ensure GAAP compliance, and oversee cross-functional teams across accounts and tax functions. The role emphasizes process governance, timely issue resolution, and data-driven reporting.

You will drive performance, coach the team, and implement improvements in reporting models while aligning with company norms and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Certifications CFA, CISA, FRM are considered as part of qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities follow close schedules and US GAAP standards.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Tax and Retail Stores to analyze and reconcile transactions.
• Review team output for correct accounting treatment and completeness.
• Support SOX governance and timely escalation of issues.
