Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Specialist in F&A - R2R - External Reporting to ensure accurate financial records across the organization. You will oversee journal entries, month-end close, and statutory reporting while driving process improvements and automation.

You’ll mentor analysts, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with leadership to improve reporting accuracy and insights. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and ERP systems, with a focus on executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Strong knowledge of external reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems and financial controls.

Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation. Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency. Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.• Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations.• Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards.• Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary.• Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams.• Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
