Genpact in India is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R to lead the accounting team, ensure accuracy of financial records, and oversee month-end and year-end close, delivering timely financial reporting.

You will mentor and develop staff, drive process standardization, and partner with senior leadership to improve reporting quality and efficiency across entities.

This role requires deep knowledge of R2R, Oracle ERP, SAP, and strong focus on controls and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degrees in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in finance is preferred.
• CFA and FRM certifications are listed as desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee journal entries and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities.
• Oversee Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, depreciation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on reporting and efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team.

Job Description

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring overall accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing the management of Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
