Job summary

Dr. Doodley is a chain of 24/7 pet hospitals headquartered in Bangalore. It seeks an operations leader to greet walk-ins, engage customers, and own the complete journey across the hospital departments.

You will manage the rosters, inventory and assets, and drive outcomes for a 250+ team in a fast-growing environment with advanced veterinary care and 24/7 service.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and own complete journey of all the walk-ins
• Deliver a happy experience to all customers
• Manage the entire team including rosters and drive outcomes
• Take ownership of all hospital departments: walk-ins, diagnostics, pharmacy, OT, IPD
• Maintain and manage inventory & assets of hospital
