Ekam Vets Holistic Veterinary Care in Jaipur seeks a warm, organized Front Desk Receptionist to greet clients and manage daily operations in a veterinary hospital.

You will handle appointments, registrations, billing and records while coordinating with doctors and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Fluency in English and Hindi, plus MS Excel ability, is essential. Women candidates preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Ekam Vets Holistic Veterinary Care is looking for a warm, organised and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our veterinary hospital.

As the first point of contact for our pet parents, you will play an important role in ensuring a friendly, professional and efficient experience for every client and patient visiting the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, registrations and patient records
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in clients
• Manage billing, payments and receipts
• Coordinate with doctors, veterinary assistants, pharmacy and laboratory
• Manage client follow-ups, reminders and routine communication

Preferred candidate profile

What Were Looking For

• Friendly, empathetic and genuinely comfortable around animals
• Experience in animal rescue work is an advantage
• Proficiency in using computers and MS Excel is essential
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Women candidates preferred (Ekam Vets is a women-led organisation)
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, healthcare facility, hospitality, customer service or front-office role will be an advantage.
