Job summary

Supertails.com in India is seeking a Veterinary Doctor to lead the healthcare centre's veterinary practice, focusing on Dermacare and small animal medicine. You will coordinate the clinical staff and drive high standards of care across multiple outlets.

You will recruit, train and mentor associate veterinarians and para-vets, uphold quality standards, and oversee preventive and diagnostic services to support pet owners nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary practice required.
• 1+ year in surgery and routine procedures like dental work.
• Association with NGOs, welfare centers, or rescue work is a plus.
• Experience in small animal practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare centre or specialization (e.g Derma care).
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of associate vets, para-vets, and handlers.
• Mentor and drive career development for veterinary staff.
• Manage Quality Standards and the patient experience across centres.

Detailed job description:

• Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare centre or specialization (e.g Derma care)
• Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, para-vets and handlers.
• Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
• Manage the Quality Standards and experience in the centres.
• Manage the various primary preventive predictive planned healthcare services at the center
• Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets.
• Audit review the processes and standards of outlet.

Experience requirement:

• 3+ years’ experience in Veterinary practice
