Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
• Managing the front desk area and ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Maintaining visitor records, employee attendance, and appointment schedules.
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting meeting arrangements.
• Handling office supplies, stationery inventory, and pantry requirements.
• Assisting in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
• Coordinating with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
• Supporting HR and Admin activities including onboarding coordination and employee communication.
• Ensuring proper handling of office assets, parcels, and confidential documents.
