Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
• Adherence to processes to ensure high quality customer service.
• Follow escalation procedures for issues not resolvable at agent level; first call resolution.
• Break schedule adherence.
• Participate in motivational activities and act on feedback from monitoring sessions.
• Update logs like escalation log and complaint tracker.
• Ensure data security and protection of customer proprietary data.
