HCLTech in Noida is seeking a Customer Care Representative-Freshers to handle inbound queries from US/UK clients. The role requires fresh graduates or undergraduates, with strong communication and empathy, and a professional attitude in customer service.

Two-way cab facilities are provided. The job location is Noida, and the drive invites candidates who meet the specified criteria. B.Tech/MTech/BCA/MCA are not eligible. Eligible candidates should join the virtual drive at the scheduled time.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a professional telephone etiquette.
• Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Freshers in US/UK Inbound calling preferably in Banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
• Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
• Follow escalation procedures for issues not resolvable at agent level, aiming for first call resolution.
• Maintain adherence to break schedules as assigned.
• Participate in motivational activities and act on feedback from monitoring sessions.
• Update logs such as escalation log and complaint tracker.
• Ensure data security and protect proprietary information of customers.
