Job summary

Red Hibiscus Info Solutions is hiring for a domestic inbound voice process where executives resolve customer queries over the call. Strong English communication is required.

Eligibility includes graduates and undergraduates (freshers or experienced). Working shifts are 24x7 with 5 days on and 2 rotational offs, 9.5 hours per day with a 1 hour break. Cab facility is available during odd hours; salary is 15 K in hand and 19 K CTC.
