Facilio seeks a proactive, tech-savvy candidate to work with prospective customers, understand their business problems, and design tailored solutions using Facilio. You will build demos, configure workflows, and validate outcomes while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Ideal for fresh graduates or 2025–2026 engineering grads with a knack for SQL, Excel, data visualization, and scripting. This is a paid internship for 3 months followed by a full-time offer based on performance.

• Functional and solution design: Translate business requirements into workflows and functional solutions, exploring how Facilio can address customer needs.
• Build and deploy: Configure the product, work with data, test workflows, and build tailored demos and working solutions for customers.
• Documentation and validation: Translate business requirements into BRDs/FRDs, map functional workflows, and define test cases to validate that solutions work as expected.
• Technical problem-solving: Work through data, integration, configuration, and workflow challenges alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Build with AI: Use AI tools to accelerate implementation and build agents, automations, and prototypes that solve real customer problems.
• Build for scale: Identify recurring customer needs and opportunities to turn one-off solutions into reusable workflows and product capabilities.

What we’re looking for

• 0–1 years of experience — fresh graduates/ 2025-2026 Engineering graduates are welcome. Experience in business analysis, SaaS implementation, customer-facing deployment, or similar roles is a plus.
• For Freshers, this would be a paid internship for 3 months followed by full-time offer based on performance.
• Technical skills: Have familiarity with coding/scripting, SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (academic or project exposure is perfectly fine).
• Requirement elicitation skills: Able to ask thoughtful questions, probe beyond the obvious, and identify the underlying business need.
• Functional and solution thinking: Able to break down problems, reason about how a system should work, explore possible solutions, and evaluate trade-offs.
• Documentation skills: Able to organise information and translate requirements into clear, structured workflows and documentation. Academic projects and internships count.
• Builders, not just users. You’ve experimented with AI beyond prompting — perhaps built an agent, automated a workflow, or created something useful using AI. College projects and personal experiments count.
