Job summary

TP in Thane seeks an experienced French Team Leader to supervise a on-site BPO team. The role requires 3+ years as a team leader, fluent French (C1) and strong English, with rotational shifts including nights. You will monitor SLAs, coach staff, and manage KPIs to drive service quality.

Immediate joiners preferred; 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs. The ideal candidate will lead performance reviews, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining

• 3+ years' experience as a Team Leader in a BPO.
• Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English.
• Experience monitoring SLAs, AHT, CSAT and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Shift: rotational including night shifts; on-site in Thane.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve SLAs, AHT, CSAT, and other key performance metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Send attendance reports daily and communicate attendance/tardiness to OM.
• Work to maintain performance and brainstorm improvement actions.
