Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' experience as a Team Leader in a BPO.
• Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English.
• Experience monitoring SLAs, AHT, CSAT and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Shift: rotational including night shifts; on-site in Thane.

• Candidates who are currently working as agents (Customer Support) with more than 3+ yrs of experience can also apply for this position.
