Job summary

Gratitude India Pvt Ltd is hiring a French Language Executive for Mumbai (and Gurugram) to provide frontline customer support in French. 1-5 years of experience in BPO is preferred, with B1-B2+ French, strong written and spoken skills, and good computer literacy. Night shifts and 24x7 rotational support with work-from-office arrangement are required.

Ex-TCS candidates not eligible. Role falls under Customer Success, Service & Operations - Other, with UG graduates eligible to apply.
