Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & French)
Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & French)
Command over Language with good understanding skills is required
