Job summary

Modi Mundipharma is seeking an export shipments coordinator to manage end-to-end international logistics. The role involves planning shipments by sea, air, and road, and coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and agents to ensure timely space bookings and reliable delivery.

The candidate will monitor schedules, track shipments, and provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with export documentation and carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute export shipments through sea, air, and road freight.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and transporters.
• Ensure timely booking of containers, vessel space, and transportation.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
