Qualifications

• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), basic MS Office tools, and data entry for shipment documentation.
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities to handle multiple shipments, address issues, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of domestic freight markets, modes of transport, and general shipping regulations is preferred.
• Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
