Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) in Bengaluru seeks freelance soft skills trainers to deliver on-campus sessions for college students. You will lead interactive modules on communication, presentation, teamwork, interview readiness and etiquette, all in English with Kannada support.

You will follow RMH session plans, take attendance, provide feedback after each batch and travel to partner colleges around Bengaluru for offline classes.

Formación

• 3 to 15 years' experience as a soft skills or behavioural trainer.
• Experience training college students or freshers; placement or employability training is a plus.
• Excellent spoken English; able to understand Kannada.
• Based in Bengaluru and available for weekday sessions during college hours.

Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) runs employability programmes in colleges in and around Bengaluru. We are building a panel of freelance soft skills trainers to deliver on-campus sessions for college students.

Preferred candidate profile
