Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) is a not-for-profit organisation that skills young people on campuses and helps colleges become preferred destinations for employers. We partner with private and government colleges in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi-Dharwad to improve student employability, placements and faculty development.

We offer freelance, work-from-home engagements with flexible hours, supported by presentations, templates and senior leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• Based in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru or Hubballi-Dharwad and able to visit colleges across your city.
• 3+ years building relationships with college principals and managements, in for-profit or non-profit organisations.
• Good spoken and written English and Kannada.
• Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with principals, managements and placement or training heads of colleges in your city.
• Understand each college's needs on student employability, placements and faculty development.
• Introduce RMH's programmes and how they help students and faculty.
• Arrange presentations and meetings with RMH's team, and prepare proposals.
• Follow up until the agreement is signed and programmes are scheduled.
• Stay in touch with partner colleges during delivery, and grow repeat engagements.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and report progress regularly.
• Work from home and visit colleges frequently within your city.

Role & responsibilities

Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) is a not-for-profit organisation that skills young people on their campuses and helps colleges become preferred destinations for employers. We work with colleges on industry-relevant skills, career counselling and faculty development programmes (FDPs), including curriculum redesign work done for the Commonwealth of Learning (COL).

RMH's founder is an IIM alumnus with over 40 years in workforce development. He is a former head of skill development at one of the largest and oldest MNCs in India, has advised national skilling bodies including NSDC and the PMKVY Steering Committee, and is Adjunct Professor and Programme Director at an IIM.

We are looking for freelance Relationship Managers in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi-Dharwad to partner with private and government colleges in their own city.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have:

• Based in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru or Hubballi-Dharwad, and able to visit colleges across your city
• 3+ years building relationships and partnerships with college principals and managements, in a for-profit or non-profit organisation. Experience with ed-tech or education services organisations is welcome
• Good spoken and written English and Kannada
