Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) seeks an experienced partnerships professional to build win-win collaborations with NGOs and implementing agencies in Bengaluru as a freelance relationship manager. You will grow CSR-funded skilling, employability and career guidance partnerships, coordinating with RMH’s delivery team to ensure timely starts and ongoing partner satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in NGO partnerships, a strong NGO network, and fluency in English.
Reach Much Higher Foundation (RMH) is a Section 8 not-for-profit company, registered to receive CSR funds (CSR-1). We run skilling, employability, career counselling and faculty development programmes for students and educators in colleges and schools. Our programmes have been supported by leading MNCs and top Indian brands, and our partners include Oracle Academy and a state public university, with which we have an MoU. RMH received the FKCCI Excellence in Women Empowerment, Diversity & Inclusion Award 2026.
RMH's founder is an IIM alumnus with over 40 years in workforce development. As former Head of CSR and Skill Development at one of the largest and oldest MNCs in India, he conceptualised and led its flagship partnership with NSDC, which set up 100 skill centres across India. He has served on the PMKVY Steering Committee, consulted for NSDC, presented scalable skilling models to the heads of government of India and Germany, and received the Social Change Maker Award 2024. He is also Adjunct Professor and Programme Director at an IIM.
We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional in Bengaluru to build win-win partnerships between RMH and NGOs, as a freelance relationship manager. Many NGOs and implementing agencies run CSR-funded projects that need strong skilling, employability and career guidance components. RMH brings proven programmes and a delivery team; our partners bring their CSR relationships and reach. This role works with NGOs and implementing agencies, not directly with companies' CSR departments.
