Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Pune is seeking an entry-level Fraud Ops Specialist to conduct thorough risk assessments while delivering excellent customer service.

You will investigate potential fraud on existing credit card accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure policy-compliant actions with careful verification and risk awareness. Successful candidates will have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with strong communication and data interpretation skills.

The Fraud Ops Specialist is an entry level position responsible for completing thorough risk assessments when reviewing account activity while also delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Early fraud detection is critical in minimizing financial impact as well as protecting our client’s account and identity.
