Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Parbhani is hiring a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through setup, coordinate location, licensing, infrastructure, inventory and training readiness, and ensure timely openings.

You will drive pre-launch customer connect and local market activation, support partners in early operations, and monitor engagement, POS performance and early activation across the territory.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience as MR, Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion advantageous.
