Job summary

Genericart Medicine is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through store setup, ensure timely openings, and drive early customer activation in the assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in pharma sales or MR roles, strong field sales skills, and willingness to travel within the territory. Graduate in B.Pharm/D.Pharm/B.Sc. preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in pharma sales or MR/territory roles.
• Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Graduate level education in pharmacy or science is preferred.

Role Overview

The Franchise Development Manager (FDM) will be responsible for onboarding and launching new franchise stores. The role involves guiding franchise partners through the store setup process, ensuring timely launch, driving customer connects and supporting early business activation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
