Job summary

Genericart Medicine in KHARAGPUR is seeking a Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to onboard and launch new franchise stores. The role involves guiding franchise partners through the store setup process, ensuring timely launch, driving customer connects and supporting early business activation.

You will coordinate location, pharmacist, licensing, infrastructure, equipment, inventory and training readiness, ensure launches within timelines and monitor early performance with CRM updates and field

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in MR, pharma sales or territory sales.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
