Michael Page is seeking an accomplished FP&A executive to lead a global finance transformation initiative. The role focuses on building a world-class FP&A Centre of Excellence and delivering value through data-driven decision making.

You will drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance across geographies, shaping growth strategies and partnering with senior stakeholders to realise measurable outcomes in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of FP&A/Shared Services/GBS experience.
• Proven experience building and leading large FP&A organisations.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.
• Education in CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA Finance.
• Certifications like FPAC, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Power BI are advantageous.

• Build, manage, and scale a large FP&A Centre of Excellence from 100+ to 1000+ professionals.
• Lead global delivery teams supporting stakeholders across the globe.
• Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and finance business partnering excellence.

• Champion adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and hyperautomation solutions.

• Certifications such as FPAC, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Power BI, Analytics, or AI-focused credentials are advantageous.
