Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an FP&A Delivery & Site Lead to build, manage and scale the FP&A CoE from 100+ to 1000+ FTEs, owning delivery, people, client relationships, governance and site growth.

This leader will drive capability development, expand services across geographies and industries, and deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring best-in-class processes and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in FP&A, Shared Services, GCC, GBS or BPS.
• Experience building 100+ to 1000+ FTE FP&A organizations.
• Led global delivery teams across North America, Europe, UK and APAC.
• Hands-on experience with Emerging Technologies, Proprietary or External.

FP&A Delivery & Site Lead

Role Purpose:

Build, manage and scale the FP&A CoE from 100+ FTEs to a 1000+ FTE organization. Should own delivery, people, client relationships, governance, capability development, industry expansion and site growth. This leader should bring proven experience running large FP&A organizations while helping expand services across geographies, industries and accounts, ensuring best-in-class processes, talent development, innovation, governance, and stakeholder management while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Experience:

• – 20+ years in FP&A, Shared Services, GCC, GBS or BPS
• – Built and managed 100+ to 1000+ FTE FP&A organizations
• – Led global delivery teams across North America, Europe, UK and APAC
• – Hands on Experience in Emerging Technologies, Proprietary or External
• – Experience growing FP&A practices, CoEs and client portfolios

Education:

• – CA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance

Certifications:

• – FPAC (Preferred)
• – Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• – PMP (Preferred)
• – Power BI / Analytics Certification
• – AI for Finance Certification (Preferred)
