Job summary

Genpact seeks a Service Delivery Leader - F&A - FP&A to drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. You will lead financial analysis, align FP&A activities with corporate objectives, and partner with senior leadership to steer investment initiatives. Hybrid work setup in India.

Candidate should bring strong FP&A experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to deliver robust management reporting and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance are required.
• A Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
• Certifications such as CFA or CPA are desirable.
• Strong FP&A and financial modeling capability is expected.
