Job summary

Mipalloy in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead a 30-member team in the Foundry and Machine Shop. The role covers operation and maintenance of an induction furnace, melting and casting of copper alloys, and ensuring metallurgical quality while upholding strict shop-floor safety.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/ metallurgical background with 2+ years in steel or copper foundries, and Hindi language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in steel or copper foundry operations.
• Experience supervising a team in a foundry/machine shop.
• Ability to manage shift production and safety on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 30 employees in Foundry and Machine Shop
