Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a highly experienced Foundry Manager to lead operations in our Copper and Copper Alloy Foundry. The role requires 10+ years hands-on experience in melting using Induction Furnaces and in casting with Centrifugal Casting Machines.

You will manage the foundry team, ensure quality casting, optimize melting processes, and uphold safety and production efficiency. Strong metallurgy knowledge, process control, and equipment maintenance expertise are essential to drive copper alloy
