LinkedPhone is looking for a high-potential marketer to help build our marketing function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to identify growth opportunities, understand our US & Canadian customers, run experiments, improve acquisition and conversion, and help build LinkedPhone’s marketing playbook.

You’ll bring 2–4 years in Growth Marketing, strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with acquisition and funnels, and a generalist mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, B2B SaaS, startups, product companies, or strong digital agencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with customer acquisition, campaigns, funnels, CRO, marketing analytics, or growth experiments.
• A generalist mindset — not someone limited to only SEO, content, or social media.
• Experience with US/Canada or international markets strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of North American buyers and SMB customers.
• Comfortable using AI for research, analysis, experimentation, and automation.
• MBA/PGDM from a strong Indian business school preferred — including IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, MICA, and similar institutions. Pedigree matters less than execution and potential.
