Uberlife Consulting in Gurugram, India, is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations Lead to drive day-to-day store operations across multiple locations, ensuring excellence in execution and customer experience.

You will audit stores, partner with teams, travel 20-25 days monthly, analyze data, and translate insights for leadership, while owning process improvements in a fast-growing fashion/lifestyle environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/store operations knowledge in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent travel, and working with senior leadership in a high-growth environment.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

• Analyze store-level data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to founders/leadership.
• Act as a problem-solver for critical business challenges and ensure fast turnaround on execution.
