Job summary

Nexshift seeks a Strategy & Execution Associate to work closely with founders on critical business initiatives, driving projects from analysis to execution. You will partner with growth, categories, channels, and operations teams to build financial models, trackers, and decision frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

• MBA/PGDM from a strong institution preferred.

• Comfortable working with data, financial metrics, and business models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and execution focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working across different functions and teams.
