Ditto is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for the Founder's Office. You will own high-impact projects end-to-end, working directly with the founders on diverse initiatives across marketing, customer experience, analytics, and internal processes.

The first six months focus on delivering measurable outcomes and proving execution in the FO; afterward, you may rotate across projects or lead a process or team as opportunities arise.

The Context

Some of the most interesting work at Ditto happens in the space between departments - long-horizon bets, new experiments, and cross-functional projects that shape where the business goes next. These are the projects the founders care about deeply and often work on directly.

The Founder's Office exists to own that work.

The Role

You'll join the Founder's Office as either a Manager or Senior Manager - level confirmed at offer stage based on experience. Your first project could sit inside any department at Ditto, and you'll work directly with founders on many of them.

Some examples of what you might own:

• Marketing - diagnose the paid-media funnel, evaluate new channels, improve cost per qualified lead.
• Customer Experience - audit the advisory journey, identify the biggest drop-offs, design and pilot fixes.
• Analytics - build the framework the founders use for quarterly business reviews.
• Internal problem-solving - fix a broken cross-functional handoff, unblock a hiring pipeline, or take on an internal tool no one owns.

Whatever the project, you own it end to end.

How This Role Evolves

The first six months will be about proving you can execute in the FO - take a real project, own it end to end, and ship. You'll be measured on outcomes, not proposals.

After that, this role could go two ways: keep rotating across projects (some of our strongest FO folks stay here for years by choice), or take on a process or team to lead when the right opportunity opens up.

What We're Looking For

We're hiring at both Manager (2–3 years of experience) and Senior Manager (4–6 years of experience) levels. Same profile, different depth.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking - you can take a fuzzy problem, break it apart, and come back with a plan someone else could actually execute.
• A track record of owning things - projects you drove, not projects you contributed to.
• Genuine depth in at least one of the following: Marketing, Analytics, Process / Efficiency Improvement, Customer Experience, Team Management, Growth & Experimentation, or generalist cross-functional problem-solving. You don't need to be strong in all seven - but strong in at least one, and curious enough to pick up the others fast.
• Comfort with ambiguity. The first six months don't come with a fixed KRA. That's the point.
• Communication that scales up and down - a two-line Slack update to a founder, a structured deck to the leadership team, a rewritten SOP for a frontline team.
• A bias toward experimentation over process for its own sake.

A note on what this role is not

This is not a role with a defined team, a fixed department, or a locked KRA on day one. If you need that kind of clarity before joining, the first six months will frustrate you. It's also not a founder-adjacent visibility role - the way to earn trust here is to ship, not to network internally.
