🚀 Founder's Office Intern — Branding & Content (On-Site | Gurgaon)

📍 Gurgaon (On-Site, Shared Accommodation Provided in the villa)

💰 ₹35,000/month (₹10,000 stipend + ₹25,000 housing expenses covered by the company)

This isn't your typical internship. You’ll live and work alongside the founding team in our villa setup in Gurgaon — ground floor is the office, and the rest is home. We're extremely selective about who we bring into this circle because you won't just be an intern, you'll be family.

This is a 3-month, full-time on-site internship with a clear path to a full-time role based on performance, and a strong chance to become a founding member of Dharmik.

About Us

We're a spiritual lifestyle startup led by an IIT Roorkee '19 graduate. We achieved 20x growth in 6 months to a ₹2Cr+ revenue run rate. Backed by the founders of Bewakoof and Upside Learning, ex-CTO of Slice, and alumni from IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, Stanford, and Harvard — we're looking to scale rapidly in 2026. Recently closed seed round of Rs 2 Cr, we're looking for a marketing and content rockstar to work directly with the founder.

What You'll Do

As a Founder's Office Intern focused on branding and content, your work will be diverse, high-impact, and deeply creative. You'll operate with full ownership — not just executing, but thinking, strategizing, and shipping. Your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

• Own and grow Dharmik's presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Plan what products to feature, what stories to tell, and how to position them across Reels and posts.
• Write strong hooks and scripts for founder-led, UGC-style, and AI-generated videos.
• Get in front of the camera yourself — record content individually a lot, as well with the team, and be comfortable being the face and voice of the brand.
• Coordinate with the video editor to turn raw scripts into high-impact creatives.
• Engage with comments, DMs, and customer conversations to mine real insights that fuel new content and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with the founder on marketing strategies, campaign launches, and brand-level decisions.

What We Offer

Stipend: ₹10,000/month + ₹25,000/month housing expenses (all living expenses covered by the company).

End-to-End Ownership: You won't just "post on Instagram." You'll own the full funnel — from idea to creative to ad to revenue — with direct inputs from the founder.

Real Growth: As we scale, this role can evolve into Head of Brand, Head of Growth, or Head of Creative. Our last 2 interns became founding members within 4 months, with one being promoted to Chief of Staff.

Life at Dharmik: We’re a close-knit crew working from a villa in Gurgaon — think startup crash‑pad meets family. You ship hard, learn fast, and have fun together. By April ’26, we’ll be a small, tight team of 13–15 people, and you’ll be right in the middle of it.

Who We're Looking For

• Some meaningful experience in social media or content creation — whether through a full-time role, part‑time gig, or internships.
• Experience leading growth for an early‑stage brand is a strong plus.
• Having a strong personal Instagram presence is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of what makes a Reel or ad work — hooks, messaging, the first 3 seconds, offers.
• Comfortable writing scripts, captions, and briefs for creators and editors.
• Most importantly — you should be comfortable getting in front of the camera, narrating stories, and being a face of the brand. This is non‑negotiable.
• Humble, patient, and genuinely good with people — you'll be interacting with customers directly.
• High ownership, bias to action, and willingness to iterate quickly based on data.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, basic analytics (Meta Ads Manager, GA, Google Sheets), or AI tools for content.
