You will handle market research, build simple reports, prepare presentations, and support internal communications. Strong Excel/Sheets, AI tools, and clear writing are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and streamline internal processes.
• Track key numbers and build simple reports for leadership decisions.
• Prepare presentations, notes, and reports for internal meetings.
• Conduct market research and study competitors to inform business decisions.
• Help write internal and external updates, announcements, and content.

This role is a good fit for someone who wants to learn how a growing company works from the inside, and who is comfortable working with numbers and data.The CEO often has ideas or plans that need to get done, but does not always have time to finish them. This role is to help take those ideas and turn them into real, completed work with minimal supervision.Who You Are1. Currently studying for a degree, or have recently finished one (any subject is fine)2. Good with numbers and data - you can look at information and understand what it means3. Good at speaking and writing clearly4. Good at solving problems and organizing messy situations into simple plans5. Know how to use Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Canva; experience with data analysis is a bonus6. Excellent with AI and automation tools7.
