Job summary

CipherSchools is hiring an SEO, AEO and GEO intern in Chandigarh to grow organic visibility across Google and AI answer engines. You will own keyword strategy, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical blog content on CSE and engineering topics.

You'll build LLM-powered workflows to scale the work, collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams, and potentially convert to a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO with proven results (traffic, rankings, DA growth)
• Experience with on-page, technical and off-page SEO, plus AEO and GEO
• Portfolio of live technical blogs on CSE or engineering topics
• Daily use of Search Console, GA4 and Ubersuggest
• Experience building LLM workflows for automation

Responsibilities

• Plan keyword research, topic clusters and content calendars for CSE topics
• Optimize on-page and technical SEO (metadata, internal linking, schema)
• Structure content for AI citations (AEO/GEO) and featured snippets
• Build domain authority via ethical link building and guest posts
• Write and edit technical blogs on topics like DSA, web development, AI/ML, career guidance
• Track performance daily in Google Search Console, GA4 and Ubersuggest and report findings
• Design Claude/LLM workflows to automate research and briefs
