Job summary

Instaastro is seeking a growth-focused professional to optimize product growth and the user journey, and to drive performance marketing analytics. You will work on social media, organic growth, and market research while partnering with founders and leadership to run growth experiments and strategic projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a hands-on ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy development and optimization of user journeys.
• Plan and analyze performance marketing campaigns and analytics.
• Drive social media and organic growth initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Run growth experiments and work on strategic projects with Founders.
• Collaborate directly with Founders and leadership.
