Job summary

Basil Health AI in Bengaluru is seeking a high-ownership generalist to work directly with the Founder's Office across strategy, growth, partnerships, research, and operations. This is not a coordination role; you will tackle ambiguous problems, bring structure, and drive them through execution.

The work spans market research, strategic analysis, partnerships, GTM initiatives, data analysis, process building, and solving high-priority problems across the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in startup, consulting, business development, strategy, analytics, product, or operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work independently without step-by-step instructions.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities and ambiguous problems into structured plans, decisions, and execution.
• Drive initiatives across GTM, growth, partnerships, business development, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market, customer, competitive, and technical research and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Analyse business and product data to support strategic decisions and identify opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership generalist to work directly with the Founder's Office across strategy, growth, partnerships, research, and operations.

This is not a coordination or support role. You will work on ambiguous, cross-functional problems, bring structure to them, and drive them through to execution.

The work can range from market research and strategic analysis to partnerships, GTM initiatives, data analysis, process building, and solving high-priority problems across the company.

What You'll Own

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, business development, strategy, analytics, product, or operations role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work independently without step-by-step instructions.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Comfortable moving across different functions and learning unfamiliar domains quickly.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and modern productivity tools.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, automation, and modern workflows.
• Tier 1 college background preferred.
• Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience is a strong plus.
• High discretion when working with confidential and pre-launch information.
