NetSysCon Consulting is seeking a Manager Founder’s Office for a Series A funded Wellness Brand in Mumbai. You will move through stages from data to decision, translating analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership.

You will build analytical systems, diagnose performance drivers, and challenge assumptions to shape strategic recommendations and experiments.

We are seeking a Manager Founder’s Office for a Series A funded Wellness Brand.

Job Profile

Your work will typically move through: Business Question > Data > Analysis > Insight > Decision > Outcome.

Knowing the difference between Fact, Inference, Hypothesis, and Unknown will be an important part of the job.

Solve ambiguous business problems.** Take loosely defined questions and structure them into analytical problems that can actually be investigated.

Diagnose performance. Identify the underlying drivers behind important business movements rather than simply reporting the movement.

Generate insights. Find patterns, relationships, exceptions, and opportunities that are not obvious from standard reporting.

Challenge assumptions. Test prevailing explanations rather than accepting the first plausible narrative, including your own.

Create a common fact base. Help leadership distinguish between what we know, what we believe, and what we still need to find out.

Translate analysis into business language. Turn complex analysis into concise conclusions that senior leaders can understand and act upon.

Support important decisions. As you build context and credibility, increasingly contribute to recommendations, experiments, and decision-making.

Build analytical systems. Develop reusable frameworks and diagnostic approaches so the organisation becomes progressively less dependent on individual intuition.

Any Post Graduate

5-10 Years of experience

Must have proven experience solving unusually difficult analytical problems

You could come from Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Business Intelligence, Growth, Product, Marketing Analytics, Operations, Revenue Management, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Founder or Chief of Staff roles, or other analytically intensive functions.

You could have worked in Consumer, Technology, SaaS, E-commerce, Q-commerce, Fintech, Edtech, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Consulting, or something completely different.

Industry experience is not a prerequisite. If you are a strong analytical thinker, we expect you to learn a new business.

What we need:

• Analytical reasoning- You can take a messy problem, break it down, and determine what needs to be understood.
• Data fluency- You are comfortable working directly with data and can independently investigate a problem using tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI tools, or equivalent. You do not need to be a data engineer. You do need to be able to go behind a dashboard when the question requires it.
• Business judgment- You understand that analysis is valuable only when it improves understanding or decisions. You naturally ask: “So what?”
• Intellectual independence- You are willing to challenge an attractive explanation when the evidence does not support it.
• Intellectual honesty- You are comfortable saying “I don’t know yet” and equally comfortable saying “I was wrong.”
• Communication- You can take something complicated and explain it simply.

What This Role Is NOT

This is not primarily a MIS role, reporting role, dashboard-building role, Tableau administration role, data engineering role, or data-entry role. We are not looking for someone whose main contribution is producing more reports.

You should be comfortable with analytical tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL or equivalent, and Tableau/Power BI/Looker or similar BI platforms. Python, statistics, and experimentation capabilities are useful additions.
