Job summary

BeatO is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and act as an extension of their bandwidth across the business. This high-trust, high-visibility role spans strategy, fundraising, operations and new business lines like GLP-1 weight management.

You will drive founders’ top priorities, prepare board updates, lead cross-functional projects, and build decision-ready insights from growth, clinical and finance data.

• Lead special projects involving cross-functional business problems, new initiatives, market opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Build decision-ready insights by translating data from growth, clinical, and finance teams into meaningful recommendations.
