You will use spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI tools to track data, support decisions, and solve operational challenges with speed and clarity while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, execution, or founder-facing roles.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly execution-focused.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
