Job summary

ENEG Mobility is seeking a Founder's Office executive to be the execution partner across strategy, government relations, investor communication, operations, and company-building. This role translates a large vision into structured execution — from government proposals to investor decks, and coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and customers.

You will work directly with the Founder on high-priority initiatives, coordinating with government bodies, OEMs, and partners to shape factory planning

Responsibilities

• Founder Support & Strategic Execution: convert ideas into clear documents, action plans, timelines and execution trackers.
• Government & Policy Work: assist with MoU proposals, land briefs, incentive analysis, subsidy applications and policy documents.
• Business Development: identify OEMs, fleet operators, suppliers, investors; prepare pitch decks and proposals.
• Factory & Project Planning: coordinate early-stage EV assembly facility planning, land, capex, vendors, timelines.
• Research & Market Insights: analyze EV manufacturing, battery supply chains, incentives, fleet economics, competitor strategies.
• Investor Materials & Data Rooms: prepare financial projections, market sizing, unit economics, maintain data rooms.
• Internal Systems & Operations: set up task trackers, notes, CRM, vendor databases, dashboards and reporting formats.

Job description

ENEG Mobility is building an electric car for Shared Mobility. Engineered for cost efficiency, reliability & to fuel the mass adoption of EVs.

The company is currently in its earliest stage, working on government partnerships, OEM/fleet conversations, supplier ecosystem building, factory planning, and strategic fundraising.

This will be one of the first few core team hires and will work directly with the Founder across every important function of the company.

About The Role

The Founder's Office hire will be the Founder’s execution partner across strategy, business development, government relations, investor communication, operations, and company-building.

This is not a narrow desk role. You will help convert a large vision into structured execution — from preparing government proposals and investor decks to managing partner conversations, tracking factory planning, building financial models, and coordinating with suppliers, consultants, legal advisors, and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Support & Strategic Execution

Work directly with the Founder on the highest-priority initiatives of the company. Convert ideas, discussions, and strategy into clear documents, action plans, timelines, and execution trackers.

2. Government & Policy Work

Support communication with the Gujarat Government, industrial bodies, policy consultants, and ecosystem stakeholders. Help prepare MoU proposals, land requirement briefs, incentive analysis, subsidy applications, and policy comparison documents.

3. Business Development

Assist in identifying and approaching OEMs, fleet operators, component suppliers, battery companies, technology partners, and potential strategic investors. Prepare pitch decks, meeting notes, follow-ups, and partnership proposals.

4. Factory & Project Planning

Help coordinate early-stage factory planning for a greenfield EV assembly facility, including land requirements, supplier mapping, capex planning, vendor shortlisting, timelines, and consultant coordination.

Conduct deep research on EV manufacturing, battery supply chains, contract manufacturing models, government incentives, fleet economics, ride-hailing EV demand, and competitor strategies in India and globally.

Prepare investor materials, financial projections, business plans, market sizing, unit economics, and update documents. Maintain clean data rooms, trackers, and investor follow-up systems.

7. Internal Systems & Operations

Set up early company operating systems — task trackers, meeting notes, CRM sheets, vendor databases, document repositories, dashboards, and reporting formats.
