BuildBit in Ahmedabad is hiring a Founders Office Associate to work on-site and learn how a software company runs from the ground up. You will partner with the CEO, take ideas to shipped products, and own small projects end-to-end while building decks, proposals and client research.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; any degree is acceptable. Expect rapid ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and growth as you contribute to product, operations or business discussions.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken English; you’ll write a lot.
• Ability to turn vague asks into actionable steps with structured thinking.
• High ownership; close loops without reminders.
• Comfort with Sheets, docs and decks, and willingness to learn AI tools quickly.
• Curiosity about technology and how software businesses run.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the CEO on the week’s real priorities.
• Take features from idea to shipped: specs, design/engineering coordination, testing, docs.
• Keep operations tight across teams: trackers, timelines, reporting, vendors.
• Build decks, proposals and research for client and business conversations.
• Own small projects end to end and report outcomes, not status updates.
• Identify internal issues and fix them proactively.

We're hiring a Founders Office Associate at BuildBit. Ahmedabad, on-site.

Most people spend three years learning how a company works. You'd learn it in six months, sitting next to the people making the calls.

BuildBit builds production software for clients across the US, UK, Middle East, Africa and Australia: AI automation, web and mobile apps, Web3, industrial automation. Wellcome Care, Frakt360, NeamBladi and may more have trusted our work.

The role

There's no fixed job description, because the job changes as fast as the company does. One week it's product, the next it's ops, hiring, or a client pitch. You'll:

• Work directly with the CEO on the week's real priorities
• Take features from idea to shipped: specs, coordination with design and engineering, testing, docs
• Keep operations tight across teams: trackers, timelines, reporting, vendors
• Build decks, proposals and research for client and business conversations
• Own small projects end to end and report outcomes, not status updates
• Find what's broken internally and fix it before anyone asks
